Our mission

Create better and more inclusive online gatherings and work

We believe that remote work shouldn’t just be a logistical solution; we aim to revolutionise how people perceive work, making it a source of fulfilment, growth, and balance.

We believe that hybrid work is the future, particularly for humanitarian organisations, UN agencies, international institutions, INGOs and social impact businesses. These organisations need to create online spaces that bring people together into inclusive, participative conversations that grow their communities.

Our mission

“Interactive, fast-paced workshops and training… You have to
experience it to believe it."- Mehdi Du Puy, Young Impact

Online collaboration is more essential than ever before

Today’s leaders face a set of complex challenges, and the basic ‘hints and tips’ training is not enough.

This calls for a different kind of learning and working experience: one that is tailored to your specific challenges, gives you time to explore new approaches, and encourages you to adopt best practices in online collaboration and work.

ImpactBasis is a global consulting firm that helps organisations improve their online work. We co-create virtual workshops, events, and conferences, and develop ways of working where genuine dialogue, connection and outcomes happen. We aim to build your and your team’s capacity to deliver without us in the future.

I would strongly recommend looking into this to help teams move to the next level – we have already started to implement the improvements with internal teams and our clients.

You introduced us to a new way of conferencing and supported us through each new step. Your “can do” attitude was greatly appreciated. Thanks for making it a success.

The atmosphere created by the team makes learning easy and fun. The variety of experience from the team helps provide a wholesome experience for me and I would definitely take part in future courses.

They provided just what we needed, right when we needed it!... As a coordination team for a 16,000-member global network, our work is 90% "virtual", and we admit that we never realized the full potential of the tools and techniques (and our own facilitation abilities!), until we went through the training.
