Deliver better outcomes online

Our Better Hybrid Projects training is about as far from ‘talk-over slides’ as you could imagine. 

We believe that for learning to be applied in practice, there needs to be opportunities for participants to test out the approaches they learn.

The course is held over four weeks, with four online sessions. Between sessions, participants have the opportunity to experiment with various online working approaches. We’ll set up a supportive Distributed Teams Community of Practice to discuss any challenges and to celebrate successes.

Participants immediately apply their learning through personal and team test-and-learn or prototype opportunities.

Check-ins and mentoring sessions support participants as they implement their test-and-learn projects. Retrospective opportunities facilitate reflection throughout the program.
