As of today, 1 November 2021, Rees McCann Ltd has merged with Impact Basis Bv.
If you’re used to working with Judy Rees, Steve McCann, Julie Girgenti or other members of the Rees McCann team don’t worry – we’ll still be around.
Lots will stay the same. ImpactBasis Bv are like us in terms of values, and some of the work they do. But there’ll be more of us, in a more robust and ambitious company structure.
Rees McCann Ltd still exists as a UK-based company. Meanwhile ImpactBasis is “Bv”, headquartered in the Netherlands, which may be handy if your organisation prefers to contract with an EU-based entity.
Together, the bias of our work will remain towards social impact organisations, and include a range of commercial clients too. We will continue to offer the training and course-design work we’re known for, and combine our event design and facilitation offer with the awesome skills that ImpactBasis has in this area, independently of us.
And we can now offer Consulting Services: a new and exciting option for those who want a deeper level of ongoing project support. Ask about this if you are curious.
Together, we intend to launch the Institute of Online Collaboration. More on that soon, but not today.
So, the same but more. Still small enough to care, but now bigger, more structured, and with more to offer.
