Our courses focus on building remote-communication skills: for leadership, for trainers and facilitators, and for team members.
These courses can also be offered as part of a wider organisational change programme about how to work better online.
We offer three training courses:
Better Online Workshops
For when your online gatherings – meetings, workshops, whole-team events or conferences, MUST generate engagement in order to deliver.
In two half-day online sessions, discover how to create a collaborative online space, power up human connections, and spark genuine dialogue.
Better Hybrid Projects
For distributed. remote or hybrid teams who want to work better together, wherever. With the right tools and strategies, project teams can deliver successful projects, all whilst working in a distributed way.
The course is structured over 4-online sessions and gives lots of opportunity to test and learn some different approaches to online working.
Better Hybrid Teams
We believe that teams don’t need to accept the downsides to work from home.
Better Hybrid Teams offers 2 sessions over 5-weeks of practice work on how to adopt practices that empower people to take accountability for their work. In between these sessions, there will be time to test and learn some different approaches to online working.
